A fresh, fully-trimmed Rib of 21-Day Aged Beef from the Scottish Highlands.
The Rib is butchered to produce a 1.8kg French Trimmed carvery rib, which means it is easy to carve, and the meat will fall away from the bone.
This is full of flavour as it is cooked on the bone, and is a smaller version of our 5-Bone Rib.
