Butchery Classes for Beginners | Allens Of Mayfair Butcher

Allens of Mayfair hold butchery classes for beginners around the wooden block at the heart of the Mayfair shop. The classes feature varying seasonal cuts which are selected to demonstrate different techniques and skills.

The classes are priced at £100.00 per person and include the prepared cuts of meat to take home. Classes last for one and a half hours and take place every Wednesday at 1pm.

Places are strictly limited to 5 people per class.

Booking the classes

In order to book a place on one of these very popular courses, you must first be in possession of a Butchery Masterclass Voucher. Vouchers can be purchased at Allen’s or they can be paid for by phone and the voucher will be posted. Your place will be confirmed via e-mail.

Butchery Masterclass Vouchers can be purchased either for your own use, or as a special gift for a friend or family member. These are ideal if you are thinking of an alternative present.
