Half a Honey Roast Ham, from Ramsay of Carluke in Scotland - one of Rick Stein's Food Heroes.
After being slowly cooked with the addition of honey, these hams are then glazed with honey and roasted in a hot oven until beautifully caramelised.
Boneless and easy to carve.
