Our Partridge live their lives in the wild and we only sell the top quality birds - which is why Allens is the first choice Game supplier to London's top restaurants.
Partridge have very lean breast meat, with a mild gamey flavour. They are easy to cook, and very versatile. Partridge are the most widely used Game birds in the UK.
One fresh bird provided, tied and ready to roast.
