Minimum weight 1kg.
Supplied fresh
| Product Source | Our pork is from a farm at the top of Sutton Bank in the North York Moors National Park, and has been in the same family for 3 generations, and their traditional methods of breeding, rearing and finishing livestock, have not changed. The breeds that are chosen are well suited to outdoor rearing and, quite simply, taste incredible. A Rare Breed herd was chosen for two reason in particular. Firstly, Rare Breeds are naturally more resilient than the modern commercial pig and therefore suit our outdoor rearing system. Secondly, Rare Breeds mature at a slower rate than commercial breeds, and in addition to a carefully controlled diet of natural ingredients, GM Free, the flavour of the meat is enhanced. |
