Goose is the traditional meat to serve at Christmas, but is equally as good at Easter or any special occassion and although it has been largely forgotten in favour of Turkey in recent years, it is now making a comeback.
Our geese are free-range, and the quality is superb.
These birds are between 6 and 7 kg in weight, and will therefore serve between 6 and 7 people.

| Product Source | Our Geese are reared from may to January in small free-range flocks in selected farms in Norfolk and Suffolk. All of our free range geese are fed on a wheat–based diet, supplemented with minerals and vitamins but containing no growth enhancers or antibiotics. Our geese are dry plucked – a preparation method which gives the product an attractive appearance, a longer shelf life, and prevents water loss during cooking, thereby reducing shrinkage. |
