A fresh, fully-trimmed Rib of 21-Day Aged Beef from the Scottish Highlands.
The Rib is butchered to produce a 4.5kg French Trimmed carvery rib, which means it is easy to carve, and the meat will fall away from the bone.
This is full of flavour as it is cooked on the bone, and an impressive centrepiece for a dinner party.

The skills of breeding and finishing have been refined over the years to produce some of Scotland’s very finest beef. |
