Our Exotic Meat is sourced from a three different continents; Australia, North America and Africa. We have a variety of African meats including Springbok, Zebra and even Camel. As well as Kangaroo from Australia and Bison from North America.

Bison Taste: Full flavour, similar to beef but slightly sweeter Our Bison Steaks have a fantastic full flavour that is sweeter and richer than beef. -
Taste: Similar to beef but more meaty in flavour. Perfect for all types of cooking, from barbecuing, frying, and braising to grilling. -
Camel Steaks are cut from the haunch (hind leg) and work well with seasoning but still manage to keep their unique taste that makes them so popular. -
This is one meat that will have everyone talking! Through experience we’ve found that the tender, juicy Crocodile meat should be cooked for a couple of minutes on each side or medium rare in red meat terms. -
Kangaroo steaks are almost as tender, succulent and versatile as the Fillet. Kangaroo steaks also work well with seasoning but manage to keep their unique game taste that makes them so popular. -
Taste: Mild in flavour, tasty and versatile. Llama Fillets are the most sought after cut of Llama Meat. -
Mouflon is a Wild ancestor of the Sheep and a great alternative to lamb. It’s best to pan-sear or grill this cut as these cooking methods bring out the meat’s best qualities. -
Taste: Very Tasty! A slight game flavour, similar to venison We consider them ‘steak royalty’. -
Taste: Subtle game flavour, very tasty. An exceptionally tender fillet! -
