Our Veal cuts are from Dutch White Veal. It is imported daily, direct from Holland, and is all sourced and guaranteed under the 'Foundation for Quality Guarantee of the Veal Meat Sector' - or SKV for short.
SKV is the only fully inspected veal system in place in Europe. It makes sure that all standards are maintained throughout the whole farm to slaughter process. This assures us that you can have full faith that all farms are inspected and high standards are being met - the feed that the animals are given, their movement between farms, and inspection before slaughter.
