| Product Source | Our pork is farmed traditionally by experts in breeding, rearing and finishing livestock, The breeds that are chosen are well suited to outdoor rearing and, quite simply, taste incredible. A Rare Breed herd was chosen for two reason in particular. Firstly, Rare Breeds are naturally more resilient than the modern commercial pig and therefore suit our outdoor rearing system. Secondly, Rare Breeds mature at a slower rate than commercial breeds, and in addition to a carefully controlled diet of natural ingredients, GM Free, the flavour of the meat is enhanced. |
