Cut from our 21 Day Aged Beef from the Scottish Highlands, and dry-aged on the bone for full flavour.
These individual sized steaks are beautifully marbled and have an external fat which is trimmed by our master butchers, while leaving some to add flavour. These are only cut from the centre of the loin, so these steaks will be juicy and tender.

The skills of breeding and finishing have been refined over the years to produce some of Scotland’s very finest beef . |
