This is a simple piece of meat, nearly forgotten now in butchers' shops.
This has a very flavoursome, deep Beefy taste. It is ideal to be braised whole, allowing one portion per person.
Two cheeks supplied, each weighing approximately 500g Minimum pack weight 1kg.
