A lot of our customers are local residents, but we also have the privilege of serving some well-known names.
Unlike some online butchers who claim to be Michelin-quality but don't have any Michelin-starred restaurants using their meat, we supply the vast majority of Michelin-starred kitchens in London. The fact that these celebrated chefs choose to use Allens above all other suppliers says all you need to know about the quality of our meat.
Allens has been Marco Pierre White's first choice for a traditional butcher ever since he opened his first restaurant, Harveys, at the age of 24, and has remained his favourite butcher ever since.
There he trained future masters - including Gordon Ramsay and Heston Blumenthal.
Marco earned his third Michelin star at the age of 33 - the youngest chef ever to achieve this, and the first Briton.
Marco now owns a number of restaurants around the UK, including Wheelers of St James, which he co-owns with Sir Rocco Forte, and Marco at Stamford Bridge, which he owns along with Chelsea Football Club owner Roman Abramovich.
