All orders are sent by TNT courier, and will be delivered up until 6pm on your chosen delivery day

Our goods are all despatched fresh.
We don’t believe in freezing our meat, and everything is freshly cut, and sent to you chilled.
We use technologically advanced packaging which maintains the temperature of packed goods for up to 48 hours.
However, all of our parcels are delivered within 24 hours of them leaving us so there is no danger of the goods exceeding a safe temperature – even on hot days.

Payment is taken by credit or debit card only, on receipt of order.
We do not accept American Express cards.

Any promotional offers will be applied on checkout, if they are not, please do not confirm your order.
Instead, contact Customer Services who will correct the total price.

You can track a delivery on the day it is due to you by contacting TNT Customer Services on 0800 100 600 or by going to the TNT Website and entering your consignment number, which will be in the email we send you the day before delivery.
As our products are supplied fresh and prepared to order, we regret that once an order is placed it is not possible to cancel it, and refunds cannot be given.
In the unlikely event of a product being unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately – do not return goods without first speaking to us.
Q. How much does the delivery cost?
A. The delivery charge is £9, but if your goods total £70 or above then delivery is free
Q. How quickly can you deliver to me?
A. We can deliver all orders in 3 days.
You place the order on Day 1, we freshly cut it on Day 2, and you receive it on Day 3.
Q. Is there anywhere you don’t deliver?
A. Unfortunately we can’t deliver to the Scottish Highlands, postcodes IV, KW1-14, PA34, PA37-39, PH19-40, PH41 4, PH49-50.
This is because TNT can’t get to you within 24 hours, and we can’t guarantee the temperature for the meat for longer than that.
This also applies to the Shetland, Orkney, and Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and the Isle of Man.
Q. I don’t want to wait in all day, can I specify a delivery time?
A. Sorry, no – our delivery slots are all day, from 8am – 6pm
However, TNT drivers tend to deliver in the mornings, and then they do their collections in the afternoons, so there is a strong chance you will receive your order in the morning, although this is not guaranteed.
Our TNT drivers are told that if there is no-one home when they deliver, they should leave the parcel with a neighbour or somewhere safe.
If you have any requests for where parcels should be left if you are not there, please tell us in the ‘Special Instructions’ box in Checkout.
Q. It’s 4pm and my delivery isn’t here, do you know where it is?
A. We can’t track your order once it has left us

Q. There’s something that I’m looking for that isn’t listed, do you sell it?
A. We have a wide list of contacts, and we can source most meat items.
If there is a specific item you need and you can’t find it on the site, please email our Master Butchers
They’ll let you know prices and how long it will take for us to get for you
Q. Will the meat I’ve bought be sent to me fresh or frozen?
A. We don’t believe in freezing our meat.
We send everything fresh, as we think that it keeps the quality high.
However, there are some products which we have to freeze.
Our Black and White Pudding and Haggis are sent out frozen, they will have begun to defrost when they reach you, and should not be re-frozen. We have to freeze them as we buy them in direct from our Scottish supplier, and they would delay the rest of your order if we bought them in fresh for each custmer. So we keep a frozen stock of them.
Q. How will the temperature be maintained?
A. Your goods are sent with technologically advanced Ice Pads, and wrapped in bubble wrap.
This keeps them cool throughout their journey to you.
All orders are dispatched in Polystyrene boxes that further help to maintain their temperature.
