Our chickens are sourced from Fosse Meadow Farm because they are free-range chickens and free to roam and forage in a peaceful location and natural environment on the farm in Leicestershire
They take between 10 and 12 weeks to mature before slaughtering - twice as long as a conventional chicken.
Our cornfed chicken are from Northern France, and the corn diet means the meat is slightly yellow, and makes it juicier and more intensely flavoured
The unique Gressingham ducks are carefully bred, hatched, reared and processed in a small area of East Anglia.
Le Canard Et La Lune Confit of Duck comes from select farms in Les Landes, South West France. The ducks are traditionally outdoor reared in a natural environment, characterised by the largest European Pine forest and fed with locally grown crops.
