Working in consultation with local farmers, the unique environment that exists within the Scottish Highlands can be directly attributed to land practices that have been in place for many generations.
The rich pastures are ideally suited to the production of premium quality Beef in an area that has been a major part of the economy for centuries. The skills of breeding and finishing have been refined over the years to produce some of Scotland’s very finest beef .
