Our Bison Meat is sourced from North America and is often referred to as Buffalo Meat. This red meat is tender, lean and full of flavour. This lean, red meat contains the valuable antioxidant selenium, potassium - which plays a key role in lowering blood pressure - phosphorous, copper, zinc and Vitamins B6 (essential for the immune system) and B12. It is also 97% Fat Free.
