Impala

Impala are the most common African antelope and are found in large numbers throughout the open grasslands and woodland areas of Southern Africa. The meat from the Impala is beautful red colour with a medium grain. It has a very refined and subtle game taste. It is important not to overcook this meat as it contains very little fat and is high in protein and iron.
