The Kudu is a woodland antelope found throughout Eastern and Southern Africa. The Meat from Kudu is excellent. It is a rich red colour and has a medium grain. Kudu Meat has a subtle game flavour and is very tender, especially the fillets. It is very appealing to health conscious people as it is again very low in fat and high in iron and protein
